In partnership with Freunde und Förderer der Europäischen Schule RheinMain e.V., ES Childminding is launching a reliable school transport service with two express routes: one from Frankfurt and one from Oberursel/Bad Homburg via Riedberg.

The new school bus service is designed to be a reliable part of everyday life for ESRM families: easy to plan, clearly communicated and focused on safety.

The service is designed for the regular school week, from Monday to Friday. On regular school days.

Frankfurt and Taunus express routes with fixed stops and arrival before lessons begin.

From September 2026, the Frankfurt Express and Taunus Express routes are planned to provide a daily journey to and from school. Detailed times are listed in the timetable below.

The provisional timetable covers both morning and afternoon journeys. Arrival at ESRM is planned for approximately 08:05 in the morning. In the afternoon, both routes depart at 16:10 from Monday to Thursday and at 14:10 on Fridays.

A place on the school bus costs 192€ per month and is charged over 12 months.

The planned routes are the Frankfurt Express via Bockenheimer Warte and Theodor-Storm-Straße, and the Taunus Express via Oberursel, Bad Homburg and Riedberg Annette-Kolb-Weg.
How often does the bus run?
The service is planned to run five days a week during regular school operation.
Is there a return journey?
Yes. Both return journeys depart from ESRM at 16:10 from Monday to Thursday and at 14:10 on Fridays. The relevant stops are then served in reverse order.
How much does a place cost?
192€ per month, charged over 12 months from September to August.

Yes. Parents can contact us if they are interested in a tailored solution. We continually review demand and will be happy to add further routes during the school year where possible.
