It is played in doubles on a compact, enclosed court that promotes teamwork and guarantees exciting exchanges. It is easy to learn, highly enjoyable, and progress is noticeable right from the start.

Under the professional guidance of José López, former national coach of Norway, we refine technique, tactics, and game awareness — structured, motivating, and full of enthusiasm. Participants not only develop strong playing skills but also experience padel as a sport that energizes, strengthens, and connects.

The course takes place at the Hockey Factory in Karben.

Transport to the facility is included in the course; however, children must be picked up there after the session.
