How do I book childminding?
The only requirement is the purchase of a lesson package from our online store: https://shop.es-childminding.eu/childminding-c-6/
After receiving your payment, access to the booking portal will be activated. To do this, please visit https://scheduler.es-childminding.eu.
Can my Childminding hours expire?
No. The purchased lessons are valid for the entire school year.
until when is the care offered?
Our employees are on site for you daily until 6 pm.
Are there age restrictions for the camps or AGs?
Please note the age information in the booking portal.
Until when can I cancel a Childminding booking?
Childminding lessons can be canceled until 12 noon on the day of the booking.
Until when can I book childminding?
Bookings can be made until 11:59 am on the same day.
Where can I find my library ID?
You will find the library ID on your child’s student card. It always starts with 9000, otherwise you can also contact us by e-mail.
What do I do if I have login problems?
Contact us directly by e-mail. We are happy to help you.
Can I cancel a booked lesson if my child will not be attending childminding?
Yes, you can cancel the booking in the scheduler until 12.00 noon on the same day. After this time, the booked hours will be deducted from the quota.
What happens if I have not booked and cannot pick up my child?
If your child is not collected by 3:15pm, the teacher will take the child to Childminding and the session will be registered with the appropriate time plus a non-booking fee. Rest assured that we will take good care of your child.
How high are the costs for events?
For events, 5 hours of supervision are charged (2 hours for the time you spend with us, plus 3 hours to cover the costs of the event).
What happens if I pick up my child late?
We naturally understand unforeseeable circumstances. After the first 5 minutes of delay, an additional hour will be charged.
Do I have to pay an additional hour for AGs that start at 3:15 pm or 1:15 pm?
No, the time for AGs that start at these times is already included in the AG fees.
I have placed my order but do not yet have access to my account. What do I need to do?
If you have placed an order and transferred payment but have not yet received your login details, this may be because the payment has not yet been credited to our account. If you need to make a reservation on the same day, please contact us directly and we will help you.
