"Yoga is an ancient teaching that consists of physical exercises, mindfulness, meditation and breathing exercises. Yoga gives new energy to the body and mind, which promotes strength and coordination. It improves flexibility and the ability to concentrate, it has a calming effect and ensures more mindfulness in everyday school life. But first and foremost, it's a lot of fun!
With the kids yoga camp we will get to know yoga together and specifically improve your physical posture and relieve you from all the sitting. You will learn exercises that you can incorporate into your daily school routine to improve your concentration and make learning easier.
